Refund Policy

With NTP it is possible to return the purchased goods making use of the right of withdrawal - as provided for by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206.

However, it is not possible to change the selected product with another one.

Note: In the event of withdrawal, the products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered (intact, not used or damaged and accompanied by their original packaging). Otherwise NTP reserves the right not to make any refund.

You can exercise the right of withdrawal at any time after concluding your purchase, within 14 days following the one in which the goods were received, by communicating your wish to exercise this right through the "Returns< page t10>" on the site.

By following the simple instructions, you can start the procedure by entering the order number, specifying the reason why the product is being returned (example: right of withdrawal, defective or damaged product, etc).

Once the return procedure has been activated, if it is accepted by NTP, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return (to be printed and attached to the product to be returned). You will also be able to schedule the date and time for collection with our courier at the address where the shipment was made. From that moment on, you will be able to follow the status of the return until it is accepted by NTP and the consequent refund.

The refund of the amount paid will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase, within 14 days of receipt and after checking the conditions of the returned goods.

The will correspond to the entire amount in the event that the shipping costs have been previously borne by you. The costs of returning the items (equal to €5.00) will instead be at your expense (deducting the reimbursed value) if they were offered by NTP during the purchase phase.
